So I recently discovered a badass artist named Pat David, and I’ve been coloring an (unfinished?) piece he did. I realized I haven’t posted anything I’ve colored with really good (as in not my own) lineart. So Mr. David was awesome enough to let me post my full color version of…

Wolverine!
If I actually post more stuff I’ve done for/with/to other folks art, I’ll probably make a new section in the gallery so people don’t think I’m trying to claim (better) stuff as ALL my own.
Yeah, I know. Thrilling site management. I’ll STFU now.
Been working on this for almost forever (but not quite). I actually tried to do something that is somewhat… artsy. It’s something I saw in my minds eye clear as day after wrestling with ideas for my next project. Why not do something that actually has meaning to me?
Everyone has Inner Demons, and this is kind of a literal depiction of that. Things have been less than ideal (as things tend to be), and painting this has been therapeutic, to a degree. It’s slightly creepy, and far from perfect… but dammit if there isn’t a bit o’ me in there.

Painted in Photoshop, as always. The fullsize image was rather large, so here is a peek at the face detail too. Lemme know what you think.
No, I haven’t forgotten I have a website, I just haven’t had alot (anything) to update with. Actually, I still don’t… but I shall soon! Working on my largest, most “true” digital painting thus far. I’m probably not even 40% done and the learning experience has been absolutely priceless.
Here’s to hoping I can actually finish!
After a long, painful absence, I finally have produced something worth posting (by my standards, at least). Immediately after watching the movie Across the Universe, I doodled out a sketch in about 15 minutes, that much later became this:

Eddie Izzard as the fabulous Mr. Kite! Not only do I have a very heterosexual man crush on Eddie Izzard, but that part of the movie was so trippy and inspiring, that I couldn’t help but to try and paint it. As always, done entirely in Photoshop… no real fancy tricks on this one, just another stab at digital painting.
Let me know what you think, folks!
Today, I’ll be showing you how I rendered Krevlornswath “Lorne” of the Deathwok Clan from Angel in Photoshop using only a touchpad! Geek-O-Rama!

Started adding my tattoo designs to the gallery. Starting with…

Tattoo of a modified, stylized Seraphim that will be going on my Tough Guy(tm) brother’s ribs.
I have more, just need to quit being lazy, and post ‘em… stay tuned, kids.
Woohoo, my first commission since opening IcerazerStudios.com! This particular piece is a b+w similar to my Green Day series. It’s a portrait of Mr. James Hetfield of Metallica fame, done for a warcraft guildie. Enjoy Zafter!
